People from all areas of show business lend their skills, passion, and most importantly, their talents to a wide variety of Motion Picture & Television Fund fundraising efforts. No other organization has the ability to bring together the brightest stars from film and television to create unique events that raise money and awareness to benefit the MPTF mission.

A Fine Romance was on Saturday, October 15, 2011

A Fine Romance brings the leaders of the entertainment community together in an intimate setting in Los Angeles. This star-studded evening celebrates the love affair between Broadway and Hollywood. A breathtaking array of singers from film and stage musicals join together to perform the songs that have tied both coasts together for decades, accompanied by a live orchestra under the baton of the Hollywood Bowl's John Mauceri, to benefit the Motion Picture & Television Fund. In 2011, the event raised nearly $1 million.
